Never has there been a heroine in any book I've ever read before or since that I've wanted to punch more than this one. Not only that, but the reaction to the ridiculous actions of this heroine that the other characters had left me with no desire to read any of the books in the series that followed. Where Nora Roberts used to be a favorite author of mine, with this book I'm afraid she well and truly jumped the shark.
