Fascinating fictional story about a young girl living in Denmark at the time the Nazis invaded and began ordering the RELOCATION of the Jews. The courage of this 10-year-old heroine was inspiring. I loved the historical part of the book as well. I didn't realize that the King of Denmark ordered all of their navy fleet to be destroyed so the Nazis wouldn't take control. Quick and beautiful read!
