This book can easily be finished in one day. Nora is a bit overly whiney at times for my taste, but also amusing. Although I hate to admit it, I too feel bad about my neck. I particularly enjoyed reading about her grappling with the question of splurging or hoarding. I could totally relate.

Loved it. Finished it this morning, sobbing. My dog did not care. In fact, he seemed pretty annoyed and went upstairs. It figures. If you have a dog - or have ever had a dog - you've gotta read this book. It will make you love your puppy more.
